Whether you wish to Cruise Lake Taupo or Fish Lake Taupo, welcome aboard Fish N Fun, a luxury fast 24ft (7.2 metre) Rayglass Cruisemaster. With a cruising speed of 37 knots, we can get you to the best Taupo trout fishings spots on the lake, in comfort and style.
Novice or experienced angler, let us show you the magic of this beautiful region, share our knowledge, tell you our trout secrets and help you land legendary large brown or rainbow trout.
(All quality fishing tackle is provided at no extra charge, just bring your camera. Accommodation is also available at our Lake Taupo Lodge.)
To fish Lake Taupo you must have a fishing license, currently $15.50 adults, $4.50 children. We can arrange these for you!
Your catch will be cleaned and bagged, and 'YES' trout smoking, vacuum packing and certification to leave New Zealand can be arranged. In the summer months, we will even BBQ your catch on board should you wish.

Complimentary tea/coffee provided at all times, and you may BYO wine/beer, or we can supply. Just email us with your requirements.
Fish 'N' Fun has all the comforts of home, a seperate enclosed toilet, hot/fresh water, fridge, microwave, 2 burner cooker and built-in insulated cooler to keep your catch fresh and chilled. Fish all weather conditions, "Fish 'N' Fun" has a hard top canopy to keep you dry & warm.
We have the latest electronics, fish finder & depth sounder. Down riggers for deep trolling as well as harling and lead lines.
Scenic Cruise
Not everyone wants to go fishing. Book a scenic cruise and we will show you spectacular scenery and the famous Maori Rock Carvings. You can take a swim from the boat in a secluded bay or relax with a glass of wine.
Catering can be arranged for lunch or dinner onboard Fish 'N' Fun, just email us your requirements.
